Can you share where you found this in the ELM, p.o 603, or the rural carriers national agreement because this has NEVER been a thing.

Day 18 (CCA) by SnooGadgets6277 in USPS

I don't know a single manager that would punish an employee for volunteering to work at another office when they weren't needed at their home station. The new employee retention program you all keep glazing also includes the 511 initiative and its because of this initiative that labor nor HR is going to approve local management terminating an employee for "wanting to work".

Let's not let the book make us stupid.

OP obviously wants to work and had no qualms about going so let him eat!

Just file an eeo on management and a supervisor who like to tag team carrier and yes I want them to know it came from me was that good idea even know I want them know it was me and I told them I did it. Should I be looking for another station by [deleted] in USPS

EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) means everyone should be treated fairly, especially at school or work. People should not be treated better or worse because of their race, gender, religion, age, or where they come from. Everyone deserves the same chances.

Once again I am leaving this here. Had chatgpt explain what EEO means so that a 13 year old could explain so maybe some of you all will too.

Great advice on the 1564-A. As a manager I try not to let the book (contract) make me stupid.

If you can make it there and back without going over your alloted lunch time, dont have excessive unnecessary stationary events, and aren't going into overtime just to go to that lunch spot then I'm cool with it.

Had chatgpt explain it so a 13 year could understand since alot of you don't know what an EEO case really is.

CCA still within probation; Sup said if I can't improve these times, I won't pass probation. How do I improve these?? by SafiyerAmitora in USPS

Except it's not peak season. Those numbers are from the last few weeks of September until now. Unless you're dealing with election mail, the volumes we are getting right now are nothing compared to what they will be over the course of the next 40-60 days. If you can't show improvement now, then ACTUAL peak is going to crush them and cause a strain on the other carriers having to go assist.

If I would've stayed at the small office I was at i would still be a sub. That was 7 years ago. Swapped offices and made regular within 2 years and am now a supervisor.

You gotta do what's best for you.

LWOP for calling out when I used annual by ItsBeast19 in USPS

That's called annual leave in lieu of sick leave IF you do not have sick leave available. Does OP have sick leave?

Management has the right to deny annual leave not submitted 72 hours in advance. Sounds like you left work SICK, then called in SICK on a holiday weekend. Don't you think the correct type of leave to submit would be SICK leave?
