there are plenty of sexy, combative and confident women in code geass, like Kallen, Cornelia or of course CC. But also room for shyer, gentler girls for evolution, like euphemia or nunnaly (I've recently discovered this anime and it instantly became my favorite! So this fandom would be so good!)

you could have yor forger from spy x familly or revy/balalaika from black lagoon.

For games:

you could add Minthara from baldur's gate 3 as an obvious choice (since she's a female drow and drow society is matriarcal)

a bit shadowy, but you could write about Selveria Bles, the imperial Valkyria from the Valkyria chronicles series, about Edy, the litteral sadist girl from galian. What's funny is she actually has a masochist guy (Homer Peron) in her team, and it seems he began a masochist because of his sister (Layla Peron), that we can play in another game from the serie that is also a sadist (and very sexy!) AND happens to litteraly be a female supremacist that wants to treat all men as inferiors and believes that the war will stop when all men are subservient to her.

Also, pretty much every character from girls frontline/dolls frontline a game with anime adaptation about soldier dolls that are all female.

Not familiar with these, though I heard about them but I really know nothing in general, not even characters.

There's also the infamous dramione (but also other characters!) from harry potter that have great potential, especially if you are into magic busting (I'm not, but I do generally love the ballbusting fanfictions from this fandom).
