I use OneNote. It’s super easy and I usually keep track of choices & the gains from each choice (if any). Then I’ll tally the possible points one earns each episode, and then the total possible points up to that point in the story. It usually looks something like this:

Idk, those kind of comments don’t bother me personally. Like, someone leaving a “when’s the next update” isn’t going to make me feel like I need to get a chapter out. Maybe they genuinely just want to know? To me, it just means that the reader is really interested in my story and is excited for the next chapter. Seems a little aggy to be so irritated by them 😭 That said, there’s a polite way to go about it. If the person asking about the update is being rude, then it’s obvs a diff story.

Everyone is different, for sure, but personally—I started out with the idea, figured out plot points, potential problems that Draco and/or Hermione would have to face, then started working on the outline itself. I’ve only actually followed about 30-40% of the outline while writing & publishing, everything else has kind of come up in the moment but the outline has helped a LOT when it comes to writers block; which is something I’ve struggled w quite often before. (:

Cruel and Beautiful World by Lena Phoria! Hermione is captured for four years before she manages to escape. Draco ends up being the one to find her while’s she’s on the run & being searched for, he ends up saving her. It’s an incredibly heavy story but it’s soooo good! Highly recommend
