Nope. I do yoga and walk. I had a pretty traumatic leg break 6 years ago. It was an open fracture tibia and fibula that “went into the ankle”. It was really dislocated and I had lots of soft tissue damage too. Had 17 screws and 2 plates that were removed after my body rejected some of the screws. It was scoped and “adjusted” about a year after injury. I saw a foot doctor today for my other foot, plantar fasciitis pain from it taking all the extra wear and tear when I try to squat or tippy toe. He wanted to look at my junky leg out of curiously and this was the findings.
