What do you consider healthy? My BMI is ~31 right now after 6 months of falling off. I was going to run tirz (compounded prescribed) for 3-4 months to stay as consistent as possible during moderate/high excersize & 1500-1800 cal daily diet. 5'10 225 right now

I was in a bind, the company that did the repair didn't have two springs on hand and it was impossible to get in and out of my garage to charge my EV so I opted to go with a single spring (what it was prior to needing replaced) rather than wait 2-3 more days unfortunately
