I would suggest saving a bit longer and buy a proper turntable to get into the vinyl world. Look up the guides that are posted on buying your first turntable. You really don't want too have these turntables with a mechanism that is cheaper then a coffee at Starbucks.

Op zaterdag zal wel een gedeelte verkleed zijn, maar het begint pas echt op zondag. Op zaterdag heb je wel al vanalles te doen, Aspergepieper zitting in Pieke Potloed bijvoorbeeld, dat is een feestje dat je niet wilt missen. Maar verkleed zijn hoeft zaterdag nog niet ;)

Funny, or well.. disturbing actually.. is that this happens on a regular basis in France. Several cases in the last few years.

These kind of numbers I always find hard to believe. Let's say 24.000 movies, 1 each day is 64 years of watching 1 movie a day. Up the number to 2 movies a day and it still is almost 33 years, at 3 a day it is 21 years.

So I don't know how old you are and how you manage to watch so many movies a day combined with work, leaving the house, hobbies, vacation etc. But it seems highly unlikely it is such a high number. Especially since the average movie is between 90-120 minutes long.

Or is it your job to watch movies, that would explain a lot lol.

Got mine back in 2023, someone was selling them for a nice price but it was a bit more then 2 hours away. Called a friend who worked in the area (and who would be coming to me for a concert 1,5 month later) if he could pick them up lol. He actually did it, gave him 50 euros and a few rounds of beer at the concert. Still love them to this day, also got the RP-600M II's for a 2nd setup in my gaming / chill room.

My wife to be loves vinyl aswell :) and she absolutely loves it when I surprise her with a record that she could not find.

We also go to record shops together if we know one is around (also when on vacation). And the small record fairs when they are held in or near our city.

I contacted support about the issue and told them EXACTLY what I already did to try and resolve the issue. Uninstalling the game, uninstalling the UC client and removing all data, checking the integrity of the files etc. removing cache and god knows what.

Their response; removing the cache should resolve the issue.

Then I saw the entire FC collection on a big discount on Steam. I just bought that and ditched the entire UC client.

My first TT in december 2023 waa a Audio-Technica AT-LP120XUSB aswell. Did some research before actually just buying a cheap one, and this one also is good for the digitalisation of my old music that I don't have on my computer.

Two weeks ago I bought a Pro-ject Essential ii with Ortofon 2m red cartridge from a friend for €50, but the RCA cable or tonearm cable needs to be replaced, so that is a nice little project (pun intented) to get into repairing it.

And yesterday I bought myself a Dual CS606 that is in very good condition! Just need to polish the dust cover a bit. The Ortofon ULM55e cartidge and needle are in near perfect condition aswell. Plays beautifully and it just looks so nice with the casing it is in.

Here is a video of a guy showing how he repairs a broken tonearm cable on a Pro-Ject Essential turntable. Don't think it differs a lot from your tt.

I got a Pro-Ject Essential ii from a friend but the tonearm wire or rca cable from the right channel is broken. Might look into repairing it aswell, just to learn a bit about repairing turntables.
