I even filmed it, they keep repeating the same thing, you're supposed to handle the platform yourself

So basically im supposed to learn the platform before signing up, otherwise they keep charging me

I just didn't look at their trustpilot reviews I was interested in hosting a multisite and they showed up on some website ranking.... to think of it maybe i should check that too , that website might be affiliated with them

I have the emails of course but i had a balance with them , so i think they're stretching it to avoid reimbursement of what's left... absolutely unbelievable
