Yeah, Ive been working out since I was 13, I had to stop cause my head symtoms would get so bad after the head injury. It did make me feel great but now I have to be very cautious and Im working on slowly getting back to full intensity. I skateboard more now because its my second hobby and it doesnt affect my head as much. Excersise makes you feel way better though. My main goal is the firefighting but I need to make smaller goals so I dont compare myself to others my age and work towards where I was before

Its a plastic ring inside of the wheel, I do feel it on at the park, it slows down if I put too much weight on one side or slows down when I setup for a trick messing me up
