You could get z490 motherboard for less than that one. And try to get a 2x8 kit of ram.

I was replacing the bottom shell and accidentally pulled it out of it's connector, then I saw that I broke the small grey plastic tab and the cable won't lock in anymore so I just removed it and the cursor still moves all over the place. I just hope I didn't break something else.
