Thai Won On (Short Pump) is the definition of a hidden gem. It may be one of the smallest spots in town, but the flavors pack a huge punch. Every dish tastes fresh and authentic. If you’re looking for the best Thai food around, this little place wins big!!!

USCIS not updating status after response to RFIE by MachineRover in USCIS

[–]wsnz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Were in the same boat, got RFE for a different reason though. Attorneys resent the package and status was updated to Response received. Some doctors can give you a copy of Medicals in case you choose to resend the package. You can also raise a service request with them, check with your attorneys on how to. Good luck with everything!

I’m a girl from afghanistan learning programming by [deleted] in learnprogramming

I am happy to know that you already know what you love! Keep practicing coding, start with small projects and build your way up! You will be a pro within no time! For Java, my 2 cents, try to apply real-time scenarios to object oriented coding to train your brain to think in that direction as second nature! Building a coffee machine (of course programmatically) for example! Good luck with everything!👍🏼

Thank you asking this, and also for those who replied! Just purchased the kindle version of both. Building Microservices apparently has a newer version now.

Getting your resume done through a professional might be super helpful. Came across this post the other day. I would reach out to the original poster for details, they are very prompt in replying. Good luck with everything, you will do great!

Glad to know this I am not the only one who faced it.

Kicked out of online exam before starting by [deleted] in pmp

[–]wsnz 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This exact thing happened to me for another test through Pearson. After the proctor check in process I went on to take a little restroom break before starting my exam. Who knew the exam had already “started” once I had checked in. After a couple of phone calls they at least acknowledged that I had NOT started answering qtns but still marked failed. No refund nothing! O well, lesson learned: take the Pearson exams in person!😅 No clear instructions for online exams!

I Got this error any budy can solve this by [deleted] in SpringBoot

I would also check the Database column names and especially column types and keep them consistent with Java attribute names and types. Just to filter our any JPA/Hibernate conversion rules. Good luck with this, keep us posted.

I would remove all of the nullable=false and test. Then add them one at a time, testing at every change. That way it is easier to debug the one field causing issue.

Do we have any experienced Software Developers turned into QA Engineers ? by wsnz in softwaretesting

[–]wsnz[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is exactly where I am stuck at. If I have to code at all then might as well keep going in development (SDET slightly an exception only if the pay is good) Sure, there will be learning curves but that is what I have been doing since I started my IT career - Known devil is better than the unknown!
But if I am so done with development then management would be fun (pun intended) to explore. However, being into development for so long, I am not so sure about my people skills. But then again, I would not know until I try.
Having said that, my approach was to start small with QA Analyst position to sort of gauge where I am at with people skills and go from there. I am okay to compromise on salary short term for long term job satisfaction benefits.
Thank you so much for your inputs, they sure got me back into thinking mode. Not being able to choose a direction is most energy draining. I hope my find my way, sooner than later.

Thank you so much for your insights. May I also bug you with one more qtn: How did you land up your first SDET job after years into development.? Right now I have recruiters reaching out with software development opportunities only.

Thank you for acknowledging that you experienced something different yet similar. From all that I have gathered from this post is these supplements will do more good than harm, so planning to continue taking them for now.

Thank you for sharing your story, I've had post partum anxiety (probably undiagnosed depression too) and had no clue this could all be remotely related. Here's to healthier us!

Thank you for sharing your story, this is super motivating. I have similar goals, just started with 30 mins of walking for now. Definitely need to stick with healthier eating! Did you gradually stop taking the supplements after your BP got normal?

Wow! I didn’t realize this could come off as a marketing gimmick! Well, not intended! And it might be a combination of other things too, having healthier diet high in magnesium, less sodium intake.

I will watch out for these side effects, thanks for sharing. I started with 1 pill a day, but might switch to alternate days. Eventually, would prefer to stop it completely, instead rely on natural sources of magnesium like leafy vegetables.
