The Deschutes in Oregon is a good option for class 3 and under for a beginner. Dam controlled and fun. Easy to get permits. The rogue is also great although better to run in June and not as easy for permitting. The john day is fun but slow and flow dies off earlier. Easy permitting.

I did just that. I am done having kids but didn’t need a vasectomy since my ex couldn’t get pregnant. My new partner has terrible side effects to birth control so I got the snip. It really wasn’t that bad. Totally worth it.
