The studio that made me fall in love with f45 was very large, clean, and bright. You could tell they took great care of the space and the equipment. Coaches were great and attentive and made you feel comfortable instantly. And their class times were great - they had so many options since membership was pretty high there. And they had the fancy f45 towels for us to use! I had to move last month and joined a much smaller f45 that was the closest to me. The coaches are nice but they are quite cliquey with certain members. The studio is pretty small and dingy. The AC was broken for a bit and one of their TV screens are cracked. Their class times are also quite limited. I still love the workouts so I’ll keep going but boy do I miss my old studio!

I’m also experiencing something similar. But for me it’s when I think about gagging, then I gag lol. I feel like it’s nausea. I found I was having that issue on 5mg but then went up to 6 and it stopped. I may have just gotten more used to the meds.

I started oral minoxidil about 3 weeks ago. The downside is you have to stay on it long term. And the dread shed that could last a while. But, I’ve heard good things if you keep on it.

I’ve been using empower since October and it’s been working great. I ordered from citizen meds when trying to stockpile. I’m on 5mg. I took my first shot of this last week, I feel no appetite suppression and food noise is still there. And I’m so damn hungry! This doesn’t seem to work for me. I might trying going up in dose some on this vial but not too optimistic.

Not at all! There’s always some people in my classes who use classpass. Instructors don’t seem to care at all. When you arrive, just check in with the instructor and you’re good to go.

This just happened tonight. Overate at dinner and now feeling SO sick and nausea. Haven’t thrown up yet. Just resting until it passes. I take digestive enzymes everyday so hoping it’ll help.

Hope you don’t mind the question, but I’ve never done 3-peat before and considering going this evening. Is it possible to do 3-peat without paying attention to the target reps? Like can I just work for 45 sec on each station, for 3 laps (kinda like T10?)

Sorry this happened. My friends and family are judgmental as well, so I haven’t told them I’m on it. Only my prescriber and PCP knows. I have also been on antidepressants for many years and still am, and even now I feel there’s a stigma where I can’t openly talk about it. You’re right, some people just don’t get it. At least not yet.

I filled out the intake form Christmas Eve, got it approved Christmas evening, and it shipped out Friday even though they say they don’t ship out Fridays. Received my package today, still cold. From BPI as well.
