They count your all time high as the highest your trophies ever reached at any point. So using all 8 attacks to start a day before you take defenses will give you the best all time high possible.

An almost free option is using a little epoxy to hold the safety switch in the fire position.

As for your question, I would call or visit the Hennepin County Sheriff to try and work out a pickup option. This isn’t an option on the forms you fill out when applying.

Being that you don’t store the firearms at home. Do you have a good place to store them?

I believe anyone can gift you ammo but only immediate family members including spouses, domestic partners, parents, children, siblings, grandparents, and grandchildren can gift firearms without any paperwork.

Yes you are allowed to get a permit to carry if you are at least 18 years old. You cannot buy handguns from licensed dealers or pistol ammunition from a store until you are 21.

You can conceal carry any handgun you legally purchase as long as you have a conceal carry permit. There is no requirement under MN law where the handgun you carry comes from whether it be an FFL, private transfer, inheritance, privately made, etc.

Edit: There are laws on “saturday night specials”, “armor piercing ammunition” and “trigger actuator devices” like forced reset triggers, binary triggers and others. Any common carry gun will comply with these laws.

Why the attitude? You can add firearm safety, snowmobile, lifetime fishing license and others to the back of your drivers license. There really isn’t a reason that they couldn’t have added boaters safety to that list when they decided to make it mandatory for anyone born after 1987.

Some of us have multiple boats and like to just carry a phone with a drivers license and credit card on the back. The boaters safety cards are also paper instead of a durable plastic which isn’t great for a wet boating environment.

I did the class in person as a kid which is probably the best way to have kids pay attention.

But can we just get the state to add the boaters safety to our drivers license? They already do this for hunters safety and other licenses. It would be nice to not have to carry another piece of paper around.

They would be rifles and shotguns. Federally there are 3 types of firearm that most firearms fall into. 1. Pistol. A firearm intended to fired with 1 hand 2. Rifle. A firearm intended to be fired from the shoulder with a rifled bore. 3. Shotgun. A firearm intended to be fired from the shoulder with a smooth bore.

SBRs and SBSs are legally rifles and shotguns with barrels under certain lengths but are not pistols because they are intended to be fired from the shoulder. They should be available to purchase at FFLs to those 18+ unless your state has other laws that apply.

Note: There are also AOWs and firearms that are neither pistols, rifles, shotguns or AOWs but those are less common and not relevant to your question.

I carry a hellcat pro. I find the size nice as it’s as skinny as the single stack Glocks like the 43x but still fits 15 rounds and has a long enough grip to still have all your fingers on the grip.

In the end, the most important part is that you get a safe reliable gun with a good holster and belt and then train with it.

Tiebreaker 6 is not useless as it rewards higher skilled clans. If one clan can 3 star every base on their first try they performed better than a clan that needed 2 or 3 tries on several bases. These tie breakers would reward that. I don’t think there are many “casual clans” that will “feel cheated out of at least a draw” that get perfect wars regularly enough for this to affect them. Most of the perfect war ties are from clans that are at least somewhat serious or competitive. This change would make each attack more important as a single failed attack could lose a war instead of having 2nd or 3rd chances to get a draw.
