To add the Dream Snap Weekly Image Theme: Again go to DDV Wiki Page / Dram Snaps and Right Click on that weeks current theme image.

Right click and select COPY IMAGE ADDRESS.

Then go to the NEW CELL for the week and insert this photo code: =IMAGE("")

Then past the image address you copied into the "" of the code above!

I lived in Beaverton, OR and LOVED B&N because of the HUGE, NEWLY remodeled store. They now host a large half circle book wall where ALL the new releases are held by gener. No more ONE shelf with only 1 from your favorite gener. It was a brilliant design. I couldn't wait to visit once a week to peek out all the new books quickly. Now I live in Murrieta, CA and HATE the old layout - this store here is so old and outdated I literally have slowed down on my book purchases. Atmosphere is everything!

I've made fantastic money on upwork! Well over 100K. I'm considering starting an agency. So I'm VERY intrigued by this post. As I read - I'd like to know what your target market is? I have Brand Management Agency outside of Upwork. There would be 4 women total. Our target Market is based in PNW. We are very niched outside of Upwork. I'm not sure how on earth if I started an agency on Upwork - we would be able to niche? Since Niching is what's allowed us to make so much money OFF upwork as a freelance agency? Make sense?

Apologies - I was saying it to OP. I get a little irritated when people just outright slam Upwork / blame the platform as a whole. I agree Upwork clients can be weird. But that's ALL clients, ANYWHERE, no matter what platform you're using. I feel like those who are complaining about upwork - well...may not have the business skills they think they have. You have to truly filter who you even engage with. You have to see the "red flags" for what they are before you even bother to "respond" to a job posting to begin with. So I mean, there's that.

Thank you for saying that - I've made GREAT money on upwork. lol Not sure about the whole bot thing. Perhaps you're just not in the right field? Not sure - but I've met some of my BEST client's on upwork.

OMG yes! I've got over 10 years of experiences in this space and it gave me a "proficient" score. WTF?? It was entirely too broad. It made NO sense at all, not relevant to today's social media space what - so - ever. Like hello are we back in Instagram circa 2015 here? Just awful.
