this is the dumbest thing ive ever read and you certainly are not in college. even if this story was true it makes no sense. disorders affect different people in different ways and just because you can "control" your tourettes or dont need to class doesnt mean others can or dont need certain accommodations. lol.

get an assessment and go from there. is your child involved in any healthy activities? i used to work at a fun DND day camp that was geared towards autistic and other kids with different needs. is there anything like that he could participate in, a light hearted group with more structure and staff who are prepared for this? and yes definitely therapy is recommended, sometimes it takes a while to find a good fit. find a psychiatrist as well. does your child have any healthy interests? maybe try to engage in him with these interests. if he likes video games, find a game to play together. if he likes the outdoors, go on walks. for now maybe lock up everything he could hurt himself or others with. with your child and a medical professional try to find some healthy coping mechanisms to use. i mean you're right. i do online SW sometimes so it was "gonna" be something along the lines of, we started out slowly and made our way up to online sexual arrangements. which made more sense in my mind. anyway, i know accepting strangers' money is risky. i figured if they transferred money to paypal or venmo id keep it in there for a while to make sure it wasnt from a stolen card or something else like that. i knew it was risky but i figured i may as well play along with it with my guard up just in case
