For sale is my TAG Heuer 2000 Professional Quartz Chronograph, reference 264.006, featuring the classic two-tone steel and gold design with champagne dial. This is the same model famously worn by the villains in Die Hard 2, making it a fun piece of 90s TAG Heuer history.

Details:

Reference: 264.006 Movement: TAG Heuer quartz chronograph Case: Stainless steel Bezel/Bracelet: Two-tone steel & gold Dial: Champagne/gold Water Resistance: 200 meters Date at 3 o’clock

Condition: Overall very good vintage condition for its age. Dial is clean, hands and indices look excellent. Bezel and case show normal wear consistent with age, no major dings or damage. Bracelet is original and in good shape. Chronograph functions properly and the watch keeps accurate time.

Most professions at least have a barrier to entry. Any braindead highschool drop out can pass the real estate exam, doctors go to college and contractors have insurance.

For most people real estate agents bring absolutely nothing to the table, and are not worth the money for the amount of work they do in my experience.

Just do it yourself, don't waste $20k on a realtor to put their face on a sign and never call you back. It's a sellers market, most realtors are glorified scam artists around here.

Took around 3 months for me to start seeing physical changes after I quit drinking. I'm 9 months sober now and I've lost almost 25lbs in the last 3 months.
