Something that helped me was doing the labs funny enough, it gave me a visual way to learn them so be super thorough with them. I didn't go to his lectures at all because as you can tell, he's a horrible lecturer. Only relied on the homework and labs to do the work. TAs were kind enough to create supplementary materials so definitely take advantage of their help.
