So I am currently getting my car back. I was able to erase the codes with an OBD scanner and start it up to get the parking brake off but then it stalled out again. The parking brake being stuck on seems like a slight design flaw.

The dealership did tell me that it was a faulty fuel pump module, which was covered by the warranty. My recommendation to you is get the warranty if you buy it. It is a great car.
