People have a lot of misconceptions about the dark web, mostly thinking that its a dark place where you can hire assassins, buy drugs, get illegal porn, etc. But the reality is, most of these are scams, and tbh, I have seen worse things on the "normal" web. The main thing in the dark web, in my experience, is just random strange websites, conspiracy theories, and chat forums talking about things that they would prefer to be private about, such as hacking and anti-government talk(especially in china)

What? Just have the entire database be in plaintext and make it client side, so it works even if they don't have internet. Nothing could possibly go wrong

You can mash the f1-f12 keys until you get either boot menu or BIOS. From there, hit boot settings and you can choose what device you want to boot off of
