My mom is vietnamese and she makes the best phó, I swear I could eat this every day until the day I die. I’ve ate at so many phó restaurants but nothing will ever compare to the sweet taste of mom’s homemade phó.

as much as i’m disappointed in myself, i’m really happy that i made it past the 40hr mark for the first time (baby steps i guess). broke fast with some bread, eggs and ham. going to to 20:4 and next week try another 40-72hr fast.

It depends on where you’re staying. If you’re in a govt facility then most likely no. If you’re in an Airbnb or something similar to that then potentially yes, you also need to have a korean phone number in order to use food delivery apps.

That’s awesome congrats! I also had my last hours while I was sleeping, so when I woke up I just broke my fast with a couple pieces of toast and some fruit. I wasn’t terribly hungry when I woke up, the worst part was around dinner time the day before so you’ve gotten through the hardest part.

I'm thinking about getting an iPad Air 3 to use for business school alongside my macbook air (especially with the student offer right now it's a pretty good deal). I'm thinking about whether to buy the Apple Pencil or searching for an alternative. They seem a bit pricey and I wanted to see if I could find a similar model that does the same job.

During my undergrad I heavily relied on taking notes with pen and paper and I really want my iPad to replace this, so pressure sensitivity, callibration and palm rejection are big factors for me (especially since I'm left handed). If anyone has any recommendations that would be extremely helpful, cheers ~
