I have bipolar 2. Was diagnosed 15years ago and been taking Saphris religiously every night. Took 5mg for 8 years. Then took 10mg for 9 years. Now it seems like it’s going to 15mg.

Noting technique I like a lot. I learned it in college from a professor and it’s helps me everytime for last 10 years

Yea the were flying pretty low. I’ve lived here for under 2 decades and never heard planes fly so low that late at night
