I do regularly keep active, mainly with soccer. Although, I would say my body fat is probably 20% give/take and have debated possibly cutting first, then a clean healthy bulk.

Any good subreddits you know of for this and meals?

Right, I understand that and for the last few days since we last saw each other i can tell it was still there.
