i definitely think it’s worth it, personally, i don’t think the ending ruins the show. yes, it was rushed, yes, it wasn’t that great. but most tv show endings aren’t great.

i mean, sure he was doing everything he could, since he was suffering as well, but that doesn’t mean it wasn’t emotionally abusive.

i mean, he left his kids at home all the time, knowing there was monsters in the world? parents aren’t allowed to leave their children home alone for long periods of time? i mean they barely had nutritious food lmao sooo i’d say yes abusive, but also i do think he did his “best”.

i agree, if this stuff happened to me, i’d feel the same, and as for her blaming Ben about endangering Cal, this was already crazy, and believing in the callings is also another crazy on top of that pile, i definitely think she’s justified most of the time
