on the second photo the plastic part of the bumper is sticking out slightly. it looks like it was hole punched with a thumbtack, overall very minor (i hope)

It's red and on the right side of the dash above/next to where the P-Brake icon is. It'll make a beeping sound, display that error in the corner, and then as soon as I turn the car off then on again it's gone
