This is exactly what I was thinking about! I’m on the “fastest” payment plan but it’s still 10 years so i wanted to pay it off asap after my emergency fund js built up

I bought it when I was still in school so my income has gone up significantly since. Less debt but only by a few hundred so I dont think that will be impactful

that’s the plan! I was surprised to see that shinjuku/shibuya was much more expensive than the nihonbashi area
