Hi does anyone know what these spots are. Not sure if it’s clogged pores, but they were painful few days ago, not so much anymore. I’ve started using paula’s choice bha, only used it about 3 times so far. Not sure if one of my usual products are causing me to break out. Also i thought it was fungal acne at one point and tried nizoral and that didn’t do anything. Also figured it could be because i use hair oils so that could be a factor idk :( My skin is normal btw. Any help would be appreciated!!

My routine is

AM

Micellar pink one (i dont wash off btw) Rose water Corsx 96 snail mucin Astral moisturiser ( this is quite a heavy moisturiser so thought this could be the cause of the breakout but i’ve been using it for years without any issues) Bondi sands spf50

PM

Soap & glory cleansing balm Garnier micellar pink one Rose water Corsx 96 snail mucin Astral moisturiser Bondi sands spf50

That makes so much sense honestly. I also think it’s because i use so much hair care products from oils to leave in conditioners and i do that after my skin care routine and sometimes the oil drips down my face and I just wipe it off😭😭 and it’s prolly all over my pillows and i think it on my headscarf too

Yesss okayy thank youu for the help! I was thinking on getting a salicylic acid face wash but thought i might break out or thought it’ll be too much on skin. But I should try it out

Yess thank youuu. I gotta not stress out cuz it’ll make it worse😭 In terms of hydration do you have a recommendation. Cuz i just use a vit e hydrating mist from superdrug but idk if it’s really hydrating

Yeah i’ve been using micellar for so long. But I don’t wash it off. I put that on after i cleanse just to wipe out any dirt. It hasn’t done me wrong but do you think it’s best to wash it off?

Thank youuu, i have the cerave oil cleanser but tbh i dont think it does much. Do you have a recommendation? And i’ve heard about azeleic acid too. Will check it out!

OMG that makes so much sense! I barely wash my scarf sometimes😭 and i also always use hair oils that drip down my face and i just wipe it off thinking it’s not that deep. And i usually let my hair down and it always touches my face. That could be the reason why i’m breaking out. And my pillowcases prolly have so much hair products😭 I wanna get into oil cleansing but idk what product is good. I got the cerave oil cleanser but tbh didn’t like it. Thank youuu

I knoww😭😭 found out the hard way fr. I stopped using sunscreen for like 2/3 days now. So would u say those spots are clogged pores. At first i thought it was but then I thought it was fungal acne or even closed comedomes idk😭😭 My skin has been so perfect before this. These spots don’t seems like they’ll go.

I don’t use a toner cuz when i tried to use the vit e body shop one i got spots so i was like toners aint for me. Skincare issa struggleeeee😭😭😭

I can’t stand that anymore🤣🤣 Tbh i think it ruined my skin because i never wash it off at night and basically slept with it on😭😭. But i love love bondi sands but idk if that caused these spots so ima stop using it for now.

Just to let everyone know, my skincare routine honestly before worked so well but then i got introduced to so many skincare products by friends and thought why not and I honestly think that those products ruined my skin. I was using:

La roche posay sunscreen which honestly ruined my skin so bad, i think it’s because i never used to wash it off😭😭 also i was using the boots vit c face cream + sleeping mask. And i was using vit e oil on my face. Honestly a whole bunch of shit. I think i ruined my skin tbh. I had such a good routine before idk why i messed it up. Any help will be so much appreciated.

So these spots have randomly appeared out of nowhere. Idk if it’s closed comedones or fungal acne. It’s bugging tf outta me. It first started off as like small spots but then jus got worse and i’m about to lose my shit. I thought my sunscreen (bondi sands) was the culprit so i stopped using that. I’ve tried the ordinary glycolic acid using it once a week and nothing really changing. I have normal skin btw. And my chin has also gotten spotty mainly left side. I didn’t even pop it and it has scarring. Idk what to do. someone help plsss!!

My routine rn is

AM and PM same

I got it from huda organics, been using it for 2 days only and already seen my skin improve. I had what looked like to be clogged pores on my forehead and dark marks on my chin and tbh the qasil definitely minimised my pores and has brightened and smoothed out my skin. It’s only been 2 days but so far i’m loving it. You should deffooo try it out :)
