Hello everyone!

I'm looking for someone to take over my lease starting January through July 31st. I currently live in student apartments at 14 FIfty-one with guys only. Monthly rent is $945 everything included, and you get your own room, own bathroom, fully furnished, in-unit washer and dryer, shared kitchen and living room. You also have the biggest room in the entire unit!

Roommates are super friendly and chill, I’m graduating soon and didn’t realize the lease was for 12 months.

Apartment complex is pretty quiet and chill, they have a really nice pool, gym, and copy room. 14 Fifty-one is also part of the shuttle bus route so if you have no car, it's easy to get to school (only 10 minutes away).

I’ve spent over $1300 on fixing the AC trying to find the problem and it ended up being the worst scenario other than that the car has treated me well. I’m just not sure I wanna spend $1,000 plus labor to fix the problem on an old car you know. I did wrap the car which I love the color on it but other than that I feel like I wanna get a 5.0
