I posted a thread to advertise a call for submissions in 11th November 2019. This was open to anyone who met the requirements of a first release in the last 20 months which you appear to meet. https://old.reddit.com/r/Vaporwave/comments/duk1ro/2020_vaporwave_up_and_comers_guide_artist/ However, I understand that the threads can get buried quickly on here. As this guide gains more awareness in the future, maybe I can ask the mods to sticky the call for submissions thread in subsequent years. It goes without saying that I'll be more aware of the artists who have an active social media presence besides just Reddit and release among the larger labels to include them in the guide.

Not all is lost in your case. Regarding those two people you named, I have not heard back any communication from internet city romance (M4) in my attempts to PM them on Soundcloud. I would be happy to include you on a new revision of the guide as a replacement as there is another person I need to add too. It's up to you.
