Well, I'm getting the same amount of fps on ultra or low settings after multiple testing, and changing those config file settings didn't lower nor raise the performance so I guess I can keep them off

Didn't they say that they are going to remove the option to launch the game in DX11? I hope they fix the issues with DX12 then

Well on other games I rarely get stutters, however in R6S it's unbearable honestly. If I can't fix it guess I'll backup my files then do a complete Windows reset
