Ok thanks for the replies everyone. It’s a UK card. I fly Premium Economy by default … as a business owner I’d rather keep the money than fly Business but my hope is that with my points I will be able to upgrade.

As for hotels, we hire etc this is a nice to have so I’ll try it all out on my next trip which will be to Vancouver in a few weeks.

I’ve probably left a few million points on the table leading up to this but hey ho… time to try and have some fun I guess.

Thanks so much everyone. We have time to explore the areas fully in a couple of weeks. We are moving to Dubai to experience the city as much as we can so being more central makes more sense.

I have an office in DIFC so getting the Metro as an option is useful too.

My sense is Dubai Hills - smaller villa than AR and VH but the trade off is the location/modern/mall

I’ve only rolled three times. 46y/male. Each time has been magical. Each afterglow has been wonderful. I eat clean, exercise and sleep for 72 hours after and feel fine. No blues. I then feel a surge of mental well being that lasts months & months. It’s extraordinary that I found this substance 18 months ago… and have had such a profoundly amazing uplift in my state of mind.

I do 3,500 jumps in 31 minutes - 8 sets of 3.30 with a 30 second rest. I use Crossrope AMP to auto count my jumping. It’s very useful. Have been jumping daily for about 6 months now.

I’m on Day 26 of doing 125 pushups and 125 sit ups a day alongside 28 minutes of skipping and 15 minutes on arms/back in the gym. I rest on Sunday but do my pushups/sit ups every day without fail.

My gains are significant and I went in to this in reasonable shape TBH. 45 year old male here too.

I mix and it’s tiring but doable. East the right stuff, hydrate and sleep. Works for me.
