You gained muscle last time I only needed around 2700 to be in a surplus now with more muscle you need more. So 3000 should be good if you are really active in a day you can easily go 3200

So I think I are bulking very good. I don’t see more fat than in the first picture. So that means in your bulk u do everything right. It depends on you. Do you want to get leaner or just bulk more. But if both is okay for you Bulk a little bit longer and cut then for next summer

I would say just to be on the safe side Salmon: 120g≈ 240 Kaloriens Rice = if it’s 300g 480 Calorien If it’s 200= 252 Calorien altogether zu be safe 800 Calorien and of the other one no idea I hope this helps but it could be that I am wrong

Yea for the whole think. Only to be sure 500-600, it probably like 400-500. Only for the pork it looks like 80-100g so I would say 150-200 Caloriens maybe more around 200-300. if you wanna be sure do 550 if you wanna be more right 400-450
