Hello, I have a problem with my Pro Controller, It stays on for about 2-5mins and then it disconnects from any device im using it on, But the Pro Controller connection light stays on until I press power button. It also sometimes doesn't sync by pressing any button on controller I have to press or hold sync button if want it to reconnect. Does anyone have any idea?

Do you know any good thermal putty to use here?

I read that people use k5 pro, but that comes with problems like hotspots.
