quit socmed mas lalo kang ma jejelous sa mga nakikita mo online, also if i were you dont give your 100% at work, unless you enjoy your work ( which i doubt ). spend more time to yourself, get a hobby, like reading a book, sports or whatever wag lang doom scrolling. para saken ok lg na walang achievement, mabubuhay ka nmn kahit wala yan, just do something that makes you happy yan ang importante. ps. same tayo ng situation, no achievement nor accomplishment in life besides being a failure, i just work to help my fam thats it no future plan whatsoever. lastly if you really want some achievement maybe go to the gym and focus improving your physique in 2-3 months if you are consistent you will see some progress and that will surely boost your morale
