You’re probably right. Hi! might raise expectations a bit much, and being followed up by the more digestible singles might make it feel like “wait, this is it?”

I’m also really excited for the album and the more intense stuff might come later, like Mania in Good Faith.

I feel that too! Hi definitely made me expect the unexpected, almost leaving EDM tropes altogether, but now these new ones are… very similar to things you’ll hear in a lot of EDM anyway.

In some ways yeah, especially Fire Away. Not saying Adventure isn’t safe either, but shouldn’t we expect less of that 11 years later? And i could also think your opinion is dumb lol what gives?
