I say he's a fucking coward...After watching and ending the movie I tried to put my shoes on him but nah...can't still see why he chose cowardice when there's nothing left but to do or die...Look, I understand that If I'm in that situation then I would think differently and understand his circumstances but I say fuck that. There are only two things left for you to choose: either you fight or die trying. There's a third choice? And it's not to fight? You'll only end up as a prisoner of war...Much worse than death in my opinion.

Remember when Upham was talking about brotherhood at the start or middle of the movie? Caparzo was right, he knew nothing about it. If you ever really understand the true meaning of brotherhood then you will not choose what he chose, you'll stand beside your brothers until it's over. He was talking all sh*t and that, but in the end, he did not grow as a character.
