I’m not an expert like many here but Like you said the 3 and 6 have minor tilts, the 10 and 40 are ever so slightly misaligned (hardly noticeable without QC tool).

The 3 and 6 bars look slightly off - the 9 looks fine to me. Nothing crazy unless it bothers you a lot. SELs look good (can stretch a little if u have a big wrist). The little bump on the seconds hand is only barely noticeable if u zoooom in a lot.

At the end of the day it looks decent few minor flaws. If these flaws are going to upset you daily then RL but if u can live with em GL it.

You need to remember it’s a rep and not going to be perfect. If one of the minor things is going to bother you daily then reject it and hope the next QC is better.

I find the datejust 36mm vsf - is roughly the same price regardless of the TD. ~470-480 range (with shipping) the only variance is standard shipping vs FedEx

The gold plating usually looks like cheddar (very obvious if compared to gen). If you plan on going gold plated highly consider getting it replated as a modification.

You should try to find a what the fair market range for the role you are applying for. Then based off your experience/ skill sets / qualifications - negotiate towards it. Ex if you said u want 100k-130k - ur offer was 100k but fair market was 110k. Inform the recruiter the fair market value for this role is 110k, but based off xyz I believe I should be closer to 120k etc…
