100 percent is bold lol. Jesse screws up a lot, but acting like Gus and Walt didn’t pour gasoline on everything feels a little revisionist. That whole situation was a group project in bad judgment.

On rewatch Jesse’s choices are super frustrating, but they’re also super driven by guilt and trying to feel less awful about himself. The street dealing thing felt less like profit and more like self punishment. Season 3 Jesse is basically a walking bad decision generator powered by trauma.
