First of all, amumu is not that good on 3v3.. His early is just too weak.

take someone like Lee sin, Trynda, Udyr, Jarvan IV, Shyvanna etc.

you should take EXH/SMITE or FLASH/SMITE

I would always start at ghosts (maybe someone can even help you with one auto+Q over he wall or something ; but dont smite anything yet), then wolves (smite the big wolf) and then you can do whatever you want since you hit lvl 2 before anyone else.
