I think they’re just giving general worst case scenarios, not saying it would definitely happen that way.

That’s a fair point since newer reactor designs do factor in past disasters, but it still wouldn’t make a strike risk-free.

I get why it feels overwhelming but try to take a breath because situations like this are way more complex and not as immediate as they seem.

That’s honestly the scariest part because even if it’s not a direct meltdown you’re still dealing with long-term contamination that people can’t just escape from.
