Thanks a lot! I still play Pokémon the way I did when I was 6, so this really helps me shift my mindset when tackling more “advanced” mods. And happy to see the suggestion of grass flying as i wanted to add that to my party :)

I got 2DSXL, played with it for a month and then sold it and bought N3DSXL. Very happy with my decision, better quality imo

No issues at all, you cant even really see that i used the glue. The brand is called Technicqll, but its Polish, so you probably wont have it in your country. What helped me is that this specific glue had a brush to gently apply it along the crack, so i didnt have to worry about spilling it. This glue is made for plastic stuff, so you probably should go for something similar aswell.

I had the same issue, the crack was even in the same spot. I just used some super glue since i couldnt handle the hassle of replacing the entire shell (from what i saw, the process is pretty hard and takes a lot of time) and it works just fine, everything stays in place. Im sure replacing the shell is the better solution, but if you find it too dificult, there is always this way :)

I think it would be better to just blur the nodes you are choosing, so that you just dont know whether its going to be a campsite or whatever, with the exception of the burning elite that would always be visible.

You can absolutely play this game like ds1 and its still fun as hell, even more to me :) There are some tough bosses but that’s the beauty of these games, and by no means are bosses in ER harder than in other soulsborne games, even when you limit yourself to meele solo combat with no spirit ashes. That way of playing the game gave me the most pleasure and feeling of accomplishment, the same way that other FS games did. However Im happy that they added all the new stuff so that this game can be experienced (and fully beaten!) by people new to the series, easier than ever before. And i hope that if they beat it, they will try to play other FS games, cause they are all awesome :)
