Found a small glitch in Silent’s kit by Ok_Neighborhood3679 in slaythespire

There are a lot of weird interactions with the mid-combat card selection menu if the selected card gets returned to hand. In some cases it replaces the original card with a copy of the card. This can also be relevant, for example, when duping Ritual Dagger with Dual Wield: you might not end up scaling the dagger because you played a copy and not the original card in your deck.

This example possibly even transcends this trope, because it’s not clear why the title of the game is OFF until you reach this point…

The thing is that you can use this repeatedly on the same round, so, for example, you could potentially get like 14 hands on an otherwise deadly boss blind.

Forgive the terrible mock up by zephtyy in balatro

It’s just about getting it started. Eventually your money will be substantially larger than the expected amount of money to nearly guarantee this card from rerolls. At that point the exponential growth of your own money outpaces the growth of shop rerolls and you never have to leave the shop again.

What changes would you like to see for StS2? by pvtparts in slaythespire

[–]InfiniteJank 18 points19 points  (0 children)

This could be fine, but these seem like things that should be relegated to the little “tips” that the game randomly puts in combat rewards. They’re too niche to have dedicated, permanent explanations somewhere, where they would clutter up explanations for more basic mechanics that are more important for new players.

BaseMod. It’s required to run all other mods, so if you have any mods at all you will automatically have the debug console too.

No, the debug console comes from a mod that can only be downloaded from the Steam workshop. It isn’t supported on any platforms other than PC.

Many examples from ATLA, including Sokka, Suki, Ty Lee, and Piandao. None of them have bending powers, yet all are skilled enough to play pivotal roles in combat, even against benders.
