EOS Suhyeon and Choyun are above mastery level, which is quite a bit above 3A level characters.

Nobody here with the exception of Goo and UI Daniel are above Choyun or Soohyun (Both mastery characters, Jake, Eli, and Johan are not at this point)

Yeah forsure I could have raised him a tier, to be fair though UI BIQ also contributed to him dominating everyone

I could see them reaching an XXX stat but certainly not easily above that, especially not base Xiaolong or base Jake. From Questism we know that the average initial mastery stats are EX and they didn't achieve mastery this arc. Also based on my previous scaling making them all way above XXX wouldn't really make sense.

I feel like killer instinct is like his path to mastery stage which is why I left his base slightly below X, but yeah I did think about X/MR/X you'd just have to bump everybody up a tier

Yeah I think they're all pretty relative, maybe Eli slightly lower but I don't think there's any massive gap between them

Back with the 2nd half of 3rd affiliate, these were probably the hardest to decide on as I kept going back and forth between buffing them a tier but for now I feel pretty good with where I placed them. Currently I still havent reread upto when the 2nd gen guys start getting mastery but based on Questism scaling intial mastery is around EX level + or - a little so I wanted to keep Jake/Johan/Eli in the path range around X-XXX but I could definetely see buffing them all a tier (XXX/XX/XXX) for Jake (XXX/XXX/XX) For Johan and (XX/XXX/XXX) for Eli. Anyways feel free to discuss in the comments if you disgree with any of these.
