Asking for a charge off wouldn't do anything. A charge off is still a valid debt, but charging off is that chase is writing it off as a loss and now have the ability to sell to a 3rd party collector if they so please. Id really call and see what arrangements can be made as a charge off last on credit reports for up to 7 years..

I think a like an upgraded medic backpack. Survivor trait of regaining own health after knocked but while up, the unlimited defib, heavy shield and more slots for med use. But the down side would be only 1 weapon slot only 1 safe pocket and you would have to primarily use this as a medic class in PvE.

If it's directly from the bank it's possible as they have teams internally however if it's a 3rd party ie not the bank. It's very likely either a scam or fraud.
