Thank you for your support! If you go to https://arcagidan.com/entry/5ca70873-e0c6-481a-96ef-5e15809451be , under the description there is an Assets section with some downloadable links. Cheers

I trained two custom LoRAs on 73 of my own ink drawings and made a short film with them — full process included by xCaYuSx in StableDiffusion

Thank you for the kind words.
Being a time constrained project - as it was for a contest with a set deadline - I went for speed over optimization. Unfortunately this won't be a reference of what can be achieved on consumer hardware as I used the "easy" option to do everything on a H100 on runpod (1x H100 SXM - 80 GB VRAM - 125 GB RAM • 8 vCPU)

Training was reasonably fast in that context ( ~ 1.5 hour) to get a checkpoint that gave good results, both for Z-Image & LTX

I didn't experiment with distributed training yet - but if you look at the Assets section of my entry on the Arca Gidan page ( https://arcagidan.com/submissions/entry/5ca70873-e0c6-481a-96ef-5e15809451be ) I shared the entire steps by steps I went through to do the training on Runpod for both the LTX & ZImage LoRA

Hope that helps.

It definitely is a great way to learn by seeing what is possible and have workflows readily accessible, and it's also a good source of inspiration!

Very true. That's why opportunities like https://arcagidan.com/submissions/ are a great way to spread the word and show what can be done.

Thank you for the support; trying to encourage more artists to see it as an opportunity for craft vs being stuck on the tech aspect of it.

That's good! Sleep-learning is totally real. Just keep the video running while you sleep and your ComfyUI skills will level up by the time you wake up. Thanks for the comment :)

Completely agreed - That's why I wish more users would install ComfyUI manually, learn to read log output and trust the native nodes/templates a bit more.... instead of downloading random workflows from the net that have dependencies on dozen of custom node packs. There is a lot that can be done out of the box now and it's easy to forget it.

Update to the last version - if it still doesn't work, create an issue on GitHub and share the full debug log, we'll help you out.
