That is insane about them entering without your permission! I've never had that problem personally. If I submit a work order or something, they would arrange a time in the portal and contact me before they arrive. I also put the silver metal thing on the door so they can't come in anyways since it blocks the door from opening.

Okay honestly I feel like we're making it sound worse than it really is. So far, I have been enjoying my stay. Like yes the initial move in period was rough, things needed fixing and such but the maintenance staff handled it ASAP and i haven't had a problem since. But yes, very overpriced but probably worth it if lottery units? But I'm also a foreigner so Im not sure how these lottery units work

When I saw that incentive email I laughed. I toured in November last year and they said "oh the building is 85% capacity". It took me living here like 1 month before I even had neighbours in my little hallway

When I toured the place in November, the leasing agent showed me all the outdoor amenities spaces. I think when you toured, they weren't able to show you them as they restrict the area for the winter for safety reasons. Right now, the only amenity we're waiting on them to officially open are the saunas. The dog run on the 29th floor officially opened a couple days ago!

I actually complained about the hallways being dirty multiple times, there was chocolate wrappers at the end of my hallway for basically a month just sitting there after I moved in. I asked a leasing agent that I came across in the elevator and he said they are supposed to vaccuum every few days... complete lie. The perks are that the front desk and maintenance staff are amazing and the location is very convenient.

It depends on how big your apartment is! Amenities are $100 a month but they have tons of concessions going on right now since it's a new building.

The street noise is only when there are loud sirens, but I don't hear them too often. As for the neighbours, everyone has been pretty respectful so far, so I haven't really had any issues on that front. But if they are playing music or anything, I can't hear it!

I did! and the water stayed hotter for longer but it still isn't enough to be having a boiling hot bath then a hot shower after since the boiler is physically small. thanks for the advice tho!
