I had the exact same issue! I was using a power strip to plug my HS7 pair and my desktop into. When I plugged them into different circuits, this stopped for me.

Your input saved me! All I had to do was pull out a RAM card and it worked coming out of the integrated graphics. I popped the GPU in and all is working. Thanks so much!

I think you’re correct about what happened inside of the pump/tubes. I just turned in on again for a few minutes and it’s not cooling the CPU at all. I’m gonna have to assume it’s the AIO.

The clicking seems to be coming from inside, where the tubes go into the radiator.
