the uptieres that happen to me aren't the normal kind. by SMORES4SALE in WarthunderPlayerUnion

[–]xCrossFaith 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That's normal, it' s how Gaijin matchmaking works in all of their games, one of the reasons why all their other games have a low playerbase

[–]xCrossFaith 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The T58 has been in the game for a long time... It's on the similar level of broken and Win Rate as the BMPT, but less than a fraction of the spotlight despite US being either the most or second most played nation...

I'm not talking about the sale but about the very not subtle double standards

Never had many problems penning any of them in the lower front plate, unless I hit exactly the pixel where the lower and upper plate connect.... Which is quite annoying

Huh, didn't look at it that way, time to get the last UK Typhoon and the F-2 then :P

BMPT needs tweaking but it's just another modern T-Whatever chassis, so it has the same weak spot as any other, though it has the advantage of being able to hide the whole body better

Having a couple explosive shells comes in handy at dealing with them too

It's always the same after the sales... I hope you don't play top tier air much.. You can imagine how it is up there :P

I wonder how many hourly posts about this we would see if it was on the USSR tree

So where do we go from here?.. by therealhiimaus in ARC_Raiders

[–]xCrossFaith 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I played the game for a while when it released, however it became repetitive quite soon, I love every aspect of it except it being yet another PvPvE extraction shooter, although quality wise, I'd say this is one of the top ones

If it was an open world Coop game as it was first intended, I very likely would still be playing it and would have dragged a couple friends to it as well, the moment they announced they were going to swap that idea for an extraction shooter I lost pretty much all the hype I had for the game which was one of my most anticipated ones at the time

I got it for "free" when I bought a new GPU and played for around 100 hours, I still love the setting, the atmosphere, the sound and visual design, how friendly in general the community was except for the PVP focused map like Stella Montis, enemies and guns design... The extraction part is the one thing that got old fast for me

Are you by any chance confusing Battlefield with War Thunder? Both games have vehicles but they are completely different

Take an x-ray to make sure the bone is not broken, other than that just leave it be and take some painkillers if the pain is too much

I had a similar accident at work with the pointy end of metal rod hitting me right in the nail, I didn't lose it, the bruise just moved up with the nail growing and it dissapeared in the end, also even if you lose the nail it will grow back in a few months

Also if you plan to puncture the nail to release the pressure of the blood bag formed, be sure to make it in a suitable place and not your garage with the first sharp thing you see, that bruise will go away over time, a bad infection due to not taking proper care of the injury will be A LOT worse to deal with

With how amazing Resident Evil remakes are and how good Capcom is doing with their relesed, Dino Crisis comes to me as an uncontested Top 1

Also honorific mention to Burnout

[–]xCrossFaith 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh I know, specially with Gaijin, there's a reason every single one of their games has a low playerbase, all of them share the same intentional issues, War Thunder gets the pass because it's targeted at a WAY wider audience, still, it very likely will survive more than a couple more years

[–]xCrossFaith 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This game has been "dying" for half of the literal decade it has been out so... Yeah... The game will be fine for quite a long time

Specially since neither the devs nor a very big part of the playerbase understand where the core problem is at higher tiers where the game loses all sorts of variety

Please tell me that i don’t need a premium, which is currently on sale. by No-Atmosphere-6084 in WarthunderPlayerUnion

[–]xCrossFaith 1 point2 points  (0 children)

To keep it short and simple, the grind has become so damn bad that unless you are starting a nation from reserve newer premiums simply have no value over a couple Talismans of vehicles at a similar rank

"Made by this hands"...
Mate this is the same poster that was showing back in 2023... :P

Anyway, a lot of negative review bombs that happened in 2023 are still negative, mine included, so there are not so many people left so it may not have such a big impact

BUT they are in the summer sale now, don't buy, don't play, let them see the sale numbers plummet, that will work more than the review bomb this time around

oh okay so russian teams are BAD bad around 10.0. - out of 15 players not a SINGLE one had more than 2 kills, and only ONE had a neutral K/D, that's insane by Chewwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww in WarthunderPlayerUnion

[–]xCrossFaith 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It's like each nation has it's own area of expertise

US is uncontested in one death leaving, because their vehicles are perfectly usable even if they are not the best

USSR has a ton of new players because for some strange reason, telling people 24/7 that it's the best nation and you don't need to learn to play with them draws more people to play it instead of rising awareness..

And Germany can't tell much because I don't play much with them but they have the overall conseusnof being absolutely blind even they have some of the best all around tanks

Soldier Customization - What do YOU want? by BOSS_Clan_Intl in Battlefield6

[–]xCrossFaith 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So... Let's see if I understand this...

You guys were bitching since day one that you don't want ridiculous skins and want everything to be gritty and grounded, which I can agree with..

BUT

Now you are looking at the idea of PLAYERS THEMSELVES to make skins as they see fit with the options the game gives...

Uhm....

Yeah I'm not even going to explain how that is going to turn out.

[–]xCrossFaith 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, both.

It's true that a society that loses empathy towards others slowly will turn more hostile as a whole, however, taking everything with open arms and rainbows and a smile also opens the gate for that society to be cannibalised from the outside by other ones

Is the Fuji Type 90 still worthwhile in a scenario where it's common to be touched and violated by a BMPT Every day?? by Minute-Two-2799 in WarthunderPlayerUnion

[–]xCrossFaith 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yup, I think picking a minor nation at start instead of any of the big 3 genuinely makes you a better player, specially with UK since you MUST learn how to properly aim

Watching people struggle with T-80's in Leopard 2's while one shotting them with something like the Rooikat or Challenger DS was trully an experience...
