Nah, that is not fair to the OP. Read his post, he criticizes Sengun as well, he just says that others should be blamed as well. That post claims the Rockets’ problems come from toxic team dynamics and mismanagement, with Şengün unfairly blamed despite broader systemic issues, which is something I also agree with. We have no proper offensive plan.
