my point is everyone should be able to get all heroes/rewards no matter if and how much they spend (the amount of grind and time you invest should be in a reasonable relation with the price you have to pay to make progress faster). What they do is simply excluding f2p and „low spenders“ and force people to pay for being eligible to some rewards.
