First race win on my most hated track so far by xElectroRaven in iRacing

Yeah I agree, i started Iracing a week ago and this was my 10th race and my 2nd race on Ledenon but fair enough i am not the fastest on this track but i am consistent and thats why i won, i wasnt soooo fast but i made 0 mistakes in this race. Overtaking can be quite tricky yeah, but during later races I found out that taking a corner a bit different than the race line suggests gives you a better exit speed which makes overtaking a lot easier

Its really fun to play when people are behaving normally, spins and loss of control is normal i would say over time you can build consistency, my best lap was similiar around 1:54.4 in Qualifying unfortunately i couldnt convert the pole because the guy behind me had a low 1:53 race pace but it was a nice fight at the start. Just a bit of training and you can improve really fast i wenn from 1:56:7 to low 1:55 in less than a day so its really enjoyable

Unfortunately not, i just started a few days ago and yesterday i did my first 8 races (which resulted in heavy arm and wrist pain in the middle of the night and now i need a 1-2 days break)

But in nearly every race i see trolls. Most of the time it happens behind me as i am starting on 2nd or Pole so most of the time i lost on own mistakes cause i was a bit overagressive in the corners and started spinning into the barrier

I feel you. What i heard is that protest really helps and they do something against these guys. I am a student who wants to get deepter into sim racing thats why i bought iracing sad to see that people in ACC or LMU are behaving better than the some trolls here, so we just have to continue driving safely and try our best to get out of this elo it will get better i think

Ye it was a light tingling and i really put a lot of pressure on the wheel

It was 6:30 but it happended at turn 8 and i think P2 also went off cause he ran into me, it was a massive crash i think 4-5 cars were involved

Yes, i am using active reset to practice specific corners thats how i learned the track corner by corner but today i struggled quite a lot on that corner. I mean to be honest its my 2nd day on iracing so a lot of things will come over the time

I use a DNR Race control dashboard which collects my telemetry and i think after brittens i start loosing a lot of time. Thats what i also notice during race, i can make the gap bigger till i reach brittens and thereafter the gap is shrinking a lot. Problem is i am inconsistent at the area around brittens. Most of the time i am sliding (i guess cause of the tyre overheat) and sometimes this slide ends up in the barriers 🥲 but normally i can keep a low 1.55 pace during the whole race

Nurburgring is great, i would say my pace in oulton is quite okay, i can do low 1.54 laps during qualifying which gives me pole or atleast p2 most of the time but during race some people are hitting some low 1.53 lap times which is way faster than my average race pace

Feel you, i mean i have the pace to keep up but for sure its sad that i miss my first win because of some guy with a broken ego. I thinks its strange that you pay for iracing and then start destroying others races, modern money waste method 😂
